Its the big bolt in the middle that comes loose causing this. There are several parts involved and sometimes the keyway on the crank ends up worn. You will need the spacer with the keyway and will need to inspect the crank. The pulley with 4 bolts is probably ok.
Try 4x4isuzu.com for the parts second hand They may have an engine that can be dismantalled. Otherwise new parts

Its the pulley with the 4bolts that has spun about 1inch geeves the crank itself and bolt are ok I was wondering why I couldn't get the timing spot on of the marks on the pulley.
It was only that I had crap inside the timing belt cover and decided to change the belt and clean it out just to be safe I seen what had happened.

When mine did that it was the spacer behind not the pulley. On mine the pulley started hitting the timing cover wearing a hole in it (the noise alerted me to the problem) Tame mechanic said check the big bolt is tight. I said You mean the bolt thats meant to be in this threaded hole.

The big bolt needs to be torqued around 154lb if I remember right.
The big bolt is fine on mine its the pulley with the 4 holes and a rubber ring has moved no wobbles or anything just the out ring with timing marks on it has spun.
I'm trying to find a way to get a new one sent over from NZ my automotive in Auckland will only send to NZ address.
