Should be interesting if they actually do give you more torque cheaper than a IHI turbo to buy I looked at the mambo turbo ages ago but didn't buy 1 short on funds so I bought a cheap turbo seems to work for now full boost im getting 15psi.
If it gives any problems might look at 1 of the mambos for the old wizard .

I put a holset he221turbo on my 4jgt2 it's similar to the turbo you all are talking about best upgrade I've done it hits 26 psi fast I would say every bit of a 45 percent increase in torque.

What cheap turbo did you buy Stardog as I have heard a lot of mixed reviews?

That would be mint. I heard a lot of hit and miss things with the online ones and my turbo makes a hella noise so have thought about replacing it

Well I fitted the TD04hl-15t from Mamba, goes pretty good. Have the 1.5 bar spring tension in the wastegate actuator, turned the fuel up another 1/4 turn. No black smoke unless flat to the boards, was lucky enough to have a drag this morning against a landcruiser duel cab ute v8, it was neck and neck nothing in it. I'm guessing when I finally fit a 2.5" exhaust I should get the last bit of power out of it as it is probably a little restricted now.

Awhitbread have you got a picture of your intake? I was going to do this to my wizard to fit a water2air ic and put the battery where the airbox is.

What blade set-up did you go with? There are 3 versions of the 15T +45% torque listed
