wouldnt start properly due to low compresion, wouldnt hold power on hills, had heaps of blowby and sump pressure pushing oil out the front and rear crank seals and dipstick tube etc.

i didnt realize how much lack of power it had untill now that its rebuilt, not pushing too hard yet but notice a huge difference on hills etc

its awsome having a truck that starts first pop hot or cold now 2

get some videos in a month or so, just taking it easyish for afew weeks first. all up i spent $2500, thats for all the parts pluss afew extra things.

would you be doing the work yourself? to get someone to do it you will be looking at over $5000 for parts and labour.

i was going to sell it after i rebuilt it but after the sweat and hours of work put into it, i couldnt bring myself to get rid of it.

How did you get the fuel pump timed
Or do You even need to time it?
I've put my timing belt on and that seems all good just not sure what to do about the fuel pump.
