1. Yea, with steel rims, 33" mud tyres and tubes vs. my old All-terrains on alloys, big drop in power. Still can cruise on motorway happy enough though, just got to get some momentum for the hills! Towing a boat... it'll do it, just unsure of how slow it'll be going.<br/><br/>2. Tailgate is fine ...

33x12.5xr15
15x8 wheels with -28 offset (landcruiser offset)

Just passes certification without fender flares.
Although I have had to limit my steering lock to prevent the tyre rubbing on the chassis under suspension compression.

Panel beater flattened the seam as much as possible and cut the guard back to match on mine.

Straight section in front of doors, before wheel arch is about half the length it used to be.
