Re: 4jg2 exhaust
Hi Dinger95 I just used the standard outlet gasket. Although it should have a custom one made to seal off the wastegate port I didn't bother I figured the pipe flows so much better than a standard one I couldn't really see much gain to be had by sealing it off completely. You could try using a ...

Re: 4jg2 exhaust
Hi Geeves no worries I got 2 plates laser cut out to make it worth while. Got them made with 2 ports instead of one as it was easier to merge the 2 pipes than try and shape the pipe into the standard flange.
Truck was noticeably different with the new pipe just keeps pulling. 95 bighorn manual hubs
Hey guys just wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm looking at putting some manual hubs into my 95 bighorn 3.1. It has the vacuum operated solenoid system on it at the moment. Is it possible to bypass this system or does it have to stay?
Would anyone have a diagram for the vacuum lines and ...

Re: 3.1 Rebuild
It's a custom built turbo that I have done. Runs the 12R housing with a VF8 turbine wheel machined into it and a 6 blade billet compressor wheel.

Re: 3.1 Rebuild
Photos probably make it look bigger than what it is . It was on full boost 15psi on my old motor by 1600rpm held a flat boost curve right out to redline. May need to upgrade the pump next to a 12mm head will ...
