95 MU passenger door and boot locked shut

Hi Team,

New MU owner here. My passenger door and boot seem to have locked themselves shut.

When lifting the lock on the driver's door (which is working) you can hear the tick running to the relay in the passenger footwell, but nothing after that.

Because door is locked shut I can't get behind door card! Any ideas out there from seasoned tinkerers?

Hand brake on for the boot to open

take the handle off the inside and see if you can pull on the lever. Also make sure the door is not locked by locking and unlocking
