TFS 4 Door Pickup in the UK?

Does anyone know if the TFS 4 door pickup, about 1991 vintage, is/was available in the UK? I will be visiting there next month and want to check out breakers yards. I'm looking for the seat belt retractor cover mounted at the bottom of the B pillar on the 4 door models. They are a separate clip in cover, not part of the complete B pillar molding.

Any suggestions?

They were sold in the UK as Vauxhall Brava, Bedford Brava and Chevrolet Luv. I'm sure you can find a couple of them at wrecking yards.
