4jb1 exhaust/intake manifold

just looking to see what exhaust/intake manifolds are interchangeable with the 4jb1 head. what exhaust manifolds are direct bolt on and what turbo choice does that give also looking for any ffp style intake to suit and front mount setup best ive found to suit would be the 4jh1 intake any better options

Pretty certain the 4jb 4ja 4jh and 4jg series engines have the same head to manifold configuration There are a few exhaust to turbo set ups though but that end anything can be made to work with the turbo and dump pipe from the donor engine

sweet looking to do a front mount setup and trying to figure out which intake manifold would be best also with the exhaust manifold will they all match the head ports and bolts just different turbo flanges right? and which manifold can be used with the factory dump pipe location/type turbo part number: 8971397242 serial number: rhf5 17438D for reference
