4JH1 Timing Gear on 4JB1T

Is it possible to use 4JH1 timing gears on the 4JB1T engine? Do I need any modification on my engine? The stock gear ran too loud and one of my friend suggest me to switch to 4JH1 timing gear as it has finer teeth thus ran much more quieter.

Can run all of the gears other than the injector pump gear, so short answer is no they don't all fit, the 4jh1 is quieter because they run spring loaded idler gear on the injector pump and the 4jb1 doesnt
