Airbags rub through air lines leak, best results would be a decent set or progressive heavier springs or lifted springs, ride will be slightly harder

Harder ride is what I want to avoid as 90% is me driving solo or maybe 40 kg.of gear.

I would go for air shocks but can't find any.
I had then on a car and they went sweet.
I'm driving up the occaisional easy mountain road / tracks. I don't do scrub bashing or rock crawling.
Most of it is tar seal so the airlines will cope

Sometimes there is 5 in the truck with 40 kg each and on the roof.

I'm hoping when pumped up I might get more back end suspension travel as at present it feels like about 50 mm until it hits the rubber overload stop

Lifetime Warranty**

While other companies offer a lifetime warranty on their air springs, only Air Lift covers the air springs as well as the entire contents of the kit, including brackets, fittings, and air line.

Keen to hear how you've gone if you've used them in a light duty application ?

USA airlift airbags [ ~ us$80 + + ] lifetime warranty fitted inside rear springs & compressor and going sweet as. Airlift specify must be run at 5 minimum to 30 psi max.

I run 5 psi solo and don't notice any difference to the ride. I run at ~25 psi with full load, individual circuits to each side to reduce roll & hasn't bottomed out since installation so working perfectly. Probably 20 days running with full load and no bottom out without harder ride empty.

Cheaper us ebay dual paddle switches, one leaks. I have replacement pneumatic paddle switches with combined up electric switches [ to turn on compressor ] yet to fit.

Ali express adjustable max [ running 27 psi ] pressure switch, airbrush filter dryer, one way valve, pneumatic fittings, gauges & tube works perfectly to control & monitor pressure.
Been in about 7 months so far and works v well. Haven't needed an air tank as it pumps up from 5 - 25 psi in about 20 seconds , maybe a soda stream gas bottle.
