'92 Isuzu Bighorn

Description:
I wanted an Isuzu all along but friends convince me otherwise. So I tried a Suzuki ditched that for a Nissan, and when the perfect project came up I couldn't say no.

Practically a barn find, the Bighorn had been well loved treated to many new parts then parked up for 2 years.

Paint is a bit rough especially on the bonnet, were a stone deflector had worn through the paint ironically.

Modifications and Accessories:
Suspension: stock, I think, seems a bit taller than most
Body Lift: none
Tyres/Wheels: stock 16" steelies wrapped in 265/75r16 Lakesea Crocodile M/T
Traction Aids: stock
Bullbar: MCC Falcon 707-02
Spot lights and Lighting: led swapped all bulbs except headlights.
Communications/GPS: GME TX3100DP with AE4018K2 Antenna / Baofeng UV-5R handheld.
Dual Batteries: none
Engine: 4JG2 / EGR delete
Exhaust: stock for now, looking at 2.5" turbo back.
Sound system: Basic JVC headunit with JVC speakers all round.

Update: Fitted a MCC Falcon 707-02 winch bar and 12000lb winch. Very happy with the fit and finish for the price.

Can I have some close up pictures of the mounts on that bar please. Im thinking of fitting the same bar and need to know how to mount tow hooks etc

There are tow hook mounts on the upright mounts of the bullbar

That would put them nicely in line with the chassis. Does it pick up all 3 mounting points on both sides?

Here is a terrible photo of the drivers side mount . Two bolts through the factory bumper mount and one through what I believe is a tie down loop. The two holes on the right accept my factory tow hook and there is a mirror on the passenger side. In my testing with a farm jack the bumper moves up 10mm or so, I will invest in some thicker washers and really clamp it down to the mounts.

Best trick with the tie down loop is to find a washer the same outside diameter as the hole and inside to match the bolt then washer each side as you have done. Those bolts can all be tightened to 50 foot pound and it shouldnt move. Were the holes for the hook factory drilled? The factory hook has a different bolt spacing to most rated hooks.
Otherwise that answers all my questions and looks good. Now I just have to find 1200 for the bar and send my old alloy one to the scappy

Sounds like a plan, thanks for the wise words. Yes the holes for the hook were pre drilled for the Isuzu hook bolt spacing, I compared with a SCA hook I have lying around it is different.

Went on another trip, out past Lake Lyndon, not as much snow as we hoped.
