Boost and coolant temp operating range

Gday. I am just about to install a gauge to read EGT, boost and coolant temperature. What is the stock psi of a 2.8 rodeo and what sort of coolant temps will i be looking at? The factory gauge always stays on half but how hot is too hot? I have never had a temp display before. Cheers
