Turbo Oil

Hey all!

I'm just upgrading my turbo on my 4JB1t 92 Isuzu Mu
Just taken the intake pipe off and noticed a fair amount of oil inside the pipe and in the Turbo itself.

Is this a normal amount of oil or has a seal leaked?
The Intake manifold seems to have a bit of oil on the tubes so it must be blowing a bit through.
Not dripping though.
Any ideas?

Caused by engine blow by pushing oil into the intake. If oil consumption is minimal then this is normal
