Hey Everybody,
I have a strange issue with recently purchased honda horizon 1995 which is bighorn basically.
When cold stat performed it will start from 1st time but it seem saircon is switched off and Voltage gauge shows low voltage but as soon as RPM hit over 1200 everything goes back to normal.
Is it a common issue?

The fan in the heater box connects on the charge side of the alternator and the air con only works when the alternator is charging. Charging is detirmined by the charge relay.
If the alternator or charge relay have been replaced there is a 90% chance you will get the symptoms you describe especially if aftermarket parts were used. Much easier to consider it normal although if you have just had the alternator replaced you could try to convince the sparky its faulty but you could try 5 or 6 alternators before you find one that fixes it
