rodeo A/C blower fan not working

Hey all, ive been having issues with my A/C fan not working lately and by that I mean it doesnt work at all, since ive owned the vehicle it hasnt worked and now its getting colder its starting to hassle me. The blower fan itself seems to spin freely and I cant find any blown fuses, ive heard that they blow a speed resistor which stops them from working? Has anyone got any ideas that could point me in the right direction? Any help is greatly appreciated
