Side steps/running boards on USB25

Post by suzinoobie »

Hi Guys, bought a set of the above on T/Me for my long wheel base bighorn. The seller said they would fit - they don't, appear a bit short and there doesn't seem to be any where to mount them any way. Have a set of racks for surfboards and thought they would be a bit more user friendly. Any thoughts or advise out there? They'll be for sale if i can't make 'em fit
Cheers

do you know what they were off?
The front and back mounts for most isuzu steps dont change but the length is different between the different models. I used mounts off a rodeo dual cab when building steps for my swb bighorn and they are the same as my wizard although those steps are a lot longer.
Photos or even a link to the finished auction might help

thanks Geeves. Should have done that. Tried to insert using Photo bucket but i can only get the path between the brackets but no photo. Tried direct and img - no go.
Trade me number is (#1097410492) The length between brackets is 1555mm

So they came off a 96. They should fit ( I searched your feedback for original auction) My Wizard measures 145
Its possible the mounting brackets were removed when the steps were taken off and put back on the wrong way
The front mount bolts to the back of the outrigger in line with the gearbox mount and the back bolts to the rear of the body mount in front of the rear wheel
