4JB1T, RHF5 Turning my turbo inlet housing?

Hey all, im currently looking at fitting an intercooler setup from a 3.1 jackaroo into my 98 2.8 rodeo, after various bits of reading it seems there are two types of turbos fitted to these engines and one of which the inlet housing wont turn? Im just curious to know if mine will turn (its an RHF5). Also on the intercooler there is what appears to be another boost actuator on the cast end of the intercooler? I honestly dont know what is involved in fitting it all up to run correctly so any help with unknowns is greatly appreciated
