Broken rear window heater

Ok this isnt in an Isuzu its in my sons Toyota but the same thing could happen to an Isuzu.
Rear window heater has broken one of the terminals off. Is there any fix short of replacing the whole window?

the loctite super glue works a treat to glue the terminal back on the window, glass shop told me and has worked on my bighorn

what about conductivity?

as i said i used it on my bighorn and it worked a treat, and they said thats all they have ever used, aslong as the rail etc is all ok
