Prev. Hydro-locked, good alt, good batt, Not charging..
1998 Trooper 4x4 was previously hydro locked, a couple of months ago but has been dried out and had ran. Now the battery wont charge properly. Alt was tested 6 times and battery tested 6 times and both %100. I figured it's a connection somewhere between the alt and battery OR that part of the ECU is not working properly. Any suggestions?
