Isuzu KS32 Bus 1983

Hi Folks
Does anyone know where I can find info or support groups for our Isuzu KS32 Bus 1983.
It has a 4cyl 3.8 diesel non turbo. No idea what the engine model number is or I could cross reference it.
Papers give 119921 as engine number which tells me nothing.
Just bought it (housebus) and over the next few months I plan on doing some maintenance starting with adjusting the valve clearance as it is very noisy.
Have searched Google but found nothing of any use.
Was wondering if it was actualy called something else in other parts of the world.

Pretty sure this will be a 4bd1 engine.
They are a good engine but not really a 4wd engine so we dont have a lot of info.
