Looks like it will end up costing quite alot when you add up the total of all this:
Leaf springs
Ubolts
Bushes
Installation labour
Labour to wind up torsions and flip balljoints
Cost of a wheel allignment

By my estimate you would be looking at $800- $950 all up

options 1,3and 4 sound good You dont want opt 2 in a Mu. It would be wise to add greasable shackles and pins to that kit of you will be hounded by squeaking bushes for ever more.
Labour should be no more than personal garage time. Do the rear springs in a morning spray the front adjusters with your favorite penetrating oil Have lunch Do something elese for the afternoon. Following day spray the adjusters again lift one side flip the joint wind the adjuster up about 2 turns Drop it lift the other side do the same but also take the linkage off the roll bar Take it for a drive round the block then final spring adjustments.
As for spring over Did it actually pass?

Went over it with certifier and he was happy with it as long as welds were good. Official cert inspection is tomorrow morning so will let you know.

You have a separate thread on this. Can you publish the suspension measurements once its certed. It could make usefull info across the 4wd scene in the future

Not sure if Ill go with ironman springs as I recieved an email today saying they would raise it 40mm and cost $760 all up.
Seems abit steep but once I get a quote from my local Ill decide.

Ironman:
This gives you a 40mm lift (from new). If you went for our ‘Performance’ leaf springs, they have a capacity for 0 – 300kg additional weight. They should be fine for your vehicle. The constant load leafs have a capacity of 300kg up to GVM and they would ride hard if you didn’t have constant weight in the back. So, if we went the Performance Leafs 2 @ $233.75 + GST each, the UBolt kit 2 @ $33.00 + GST each, the bush kit @$82.50 + GST and freight @ $45.00 + GST the total will be $661.00 + GST of $99.15 = $760.15 GST Inc.
