yeah i think mine has a smash panel there covering that?
uploaded a few more pictures of that area i clearly have a smash panel there but the bullbar mount points line up with existing holes ( recovery Hook) area

Is it possible to cut the horixontal part of the mount off the bar and redrill the vertical part? That will make fabricating an adapter much easier
