making some good progress now,
exhaust all made up now ,
new hid spotties arrived
fuel sender arrived and suits the dash gauge pretty well, empty is empty on the gauge and full is just above 3/4 full so thats good enough
handbrake brackets all welded up, as soon as paint dries ill refit it.
rewired and tidied up the centre console,
ended up ripping out the inverter,air tanks etc kos it was just getting to complex and to much "junk", simple is always better
window frames are all made up now and fitted, just waiting on getting the nets stitched to fit the frames and ill fit them up too...

so she's more or less complete! been regod and running it in all week and so far so good...
had a few hicups with reverse lights blowing ignition fuse and the roof is leaking into the cab somewhere..
other than that i have a loud mechanical noise at high speed when backing off the pedal and decellerating, i suspect its the gearbox
but its going in this wk for a dyno tune so that will allow me to look for the noise while at speed yet stationary as it needs to be 4/5 th gear and around 70+ km/hr

happy with it though, handles well, sluggish to start off but without being tuned yet im not expecting to much..

fitted the boost bleed valve today so its running around 8 pis whereas before it was only making 5..

Hey mate. I recently sassed my mu and by coincidence I have a loud mechanical noise when backing off the loud pedal as well. Did you figure out what it was?
