depends what you mean by decent.
JVC bluetooth headunit.
400w rms sub with 1000w class D mono
Rear pioneer splits
Front 40w rms HERTZ 4 inch.
Goes pretty hard in my opinion.

David and tracy are in the car stereo game Pity Davids still out of action but they could get whatever spec you want in whatever brand you want. Stick with a brand or brands you know.

top gun.. thats a pretty decent system if you asked me. .

i had big systems in my old cars but with the MU i dont think im going to be putting a sub in there as theres very limited space in the back + i have a large tool box... Would be good if i can install a sub under the seats some how but then it wouldnt be boxed up.

Yeah this is one of the smaller systems i have run. But it goes hard. I was talking to a couple of blokes who said the MU was used in a couple sound comp cars because of the frequency that the car resonated at. Im not that serious at all but was interesting to know. I have a large toolbox in the back of mine or an esky for the drinks. I have just mounted the amp on the back of the sub box and run the wires in a fashion that makes the very easy to remove. Anderson plug on the positive and negative and then unplug the RCA and you have full functionality of the small space in the back.

the more we talk about it the more im thinking about setting up my old sub.

I have a 12inch kicker solor barrick (square subs) and kick mono amp for it but the box is a little large. i also have another 12 inch kicker in a smaller box i may hook that one up. I just received an amp for my 6.5inch kenwoods.
my biggest problem is the fact that noone used CDs anymore .. i need to get myself new deck that plays media.

Old post I know, I just wanted to add that I modified my rear door for subs and ran the amp on the side.
