Thanks geeves I remove the bottom ball joint for what it's worth and left the tie rod on and manage to get the shaft out of the disc that way Thanks I bear that in mind about sticking to Isuzu join's as well

I trying to replace my CV boots on Bighorn 92 I having difficult getting the Half shaft out of the Diff, I taken a few out of Front Wheels this seem quite tight has any one else found this, Any tips on getting them out of the Diff if there tight ,I have it out of the front wheel

I have 2 motors I have 3.1 Bighorn not sure it there the same sump or not but I may be able to sort something out for you once I rebuild a motor

ThIs motor was damage when I got it and I'm pulling it part it looks like the injector's were leaking and it caused damage to the piston and sleeve , I suggest hone the motor after installing after market Parts the Machine shop guy went a little quite after that , they seems to have issue with these ...

I wondering has any one used After Market Rings and Sleeves, the Machine shop where I want to bring the block to said they have found that After Market Rings leave the motor smokey has any one else found that too , and found it best to stick to Isuzu only Rings and Sleeves

I think the torque setting in Ib ft is 43 -50 from I see in the book
