Hi Alan sorry for the late reply
Yes it was one of the fuses by the door I did meter them in place and thought they were all good on a visual inspection i found the blown fuse
just goes to show don't meter fuses in place it can give false readings, always take the fuse out

1995 bighorn 4jg2 electrical problem

Hi all

The ABS warning light,
The stabilization light
The 4wd Light
and the electric windows stopped working

All at the same time

I have checked all fuses and connections i can get to easily

Any Ideas

Hi<br/>On my 95 bighorn I have 2 battery system with both battery's wired in parallel<br/>I cant say i have ever come across this before both battery pans look like they original <br/><br/>Is this a standard set up or has it been added as an extra later on?I am not going to change it at the moment ...

Good thinking i know a guy with one in a field still got block and dip stick intact will give him a call <br/>if not have a spare pipe from blown 2.8 so will get T welded or braised on in future using a modified compression fitting from 12 mm aircon at the moment, was a bit of play in it so it took ...

have just fitted oil catch to my 4jb1t had oil both before and after turbo and some traces of of blue smoke, only had the catch on 3 days now and already noticing a marked improvement inlet to turbo now much dryer and blue smoke seems to have cleared up now<br/><br/>next step is to plumb catch drain ...
