to do the ball joint flip, wind down the torsion bars as it relases some of the pressure on the arms ands makes it easier to get back together. jack up truck , take of wheel, unbolt ball joint ( mind fingers), rebolt ball joint with ball joint underneath arm, put back together. then wind bars back ...
