Hi Everyone.

Have started fabricating pump adaptor kits to simplify conversion of the 4JH1 to mechanical 4JB1 injection pump.
This enables a mechanical conversion while retaining the factory JH1 timing gears and case.

Do these use the belt or gear version of the 4jb1 pump?

Only the gear drive variant

Nice one, what injector lines do you use?

Preferably the 4JB1 lines and injectors, they have the greatest power potential. 4JH1 Injectors can also be use as I have thread adaptors to convert the 12mm VE delivery valves to suit the 14mm JH1 injection lines. 4JH1 injectors will limit the potential of the mechanical pump a little but still very usable.

Tacho reading is taken from flywheel rpm sensor, so not an issue with the mech pump.
