diesel in the oil was a common issue with the 4jx1 but there should be nowhere that diesel and oil share? Is the common rail inside the engine? That could allow a head gasket leak to mix them Is the injector pump oil lubricated? I have no knowledge of common rail engines

If the D Max model 2014, must use a 4JJ1 or 4JK1 engine, right? Not sure if for this engine, but it has happened with 4JB1 engine, timing gear. Engine oil mixed with diesel, caused by the pulley shaft oil seal on the fuel pump is leaking. Replace the oil seal, the problem is solved
