Wizard manual conversion, won't start

Does anyone know why after converting auto to manual 4jg2, It won't crank.. It has power but hear a relay clicking now and then. I have no wiring from the trans connected. I read might have to bride neutral switch? Any suggestions would great

Inhibitor switch was in the auto selector box. You would have to find the contacts in the plug and bridge them. Your reverse lights are broken in the same plug
