Isuzu MU window reg! Where to find?

Hi all,
I my old girl ('92 isuzu MU) keeps having little issues lately. The newest being a buggered passer get window regulator. The plastic has shattered in the slide, I suppose that's just old ages.
But where can I find a replacement in australia? All the rodeo and jackaroo winders I come across are scissor mechanisms and this is a cable system.
I'm lost guys and any help would be much appreciated.
