Hey all as i use my mu for day to day travel to and from work with loads of 200kg+ each day im not able to take the rear leaf springs out to get true mesurements so i can buy some new ones as mine are rediculously shot now. Would it be better to get standard size or get alift inbuilt as i have 2" blocks made to fit my 33"s and will wind up torsion bars. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those will help if you replace your springs with stock new ones. But they will not fix sagged springs.
What measurements do you want? I have a set of 2" lift springs in my shed waiting to go in. They are made in here in NZ and have a longer 2nd spring to prevent the sagging of the 1st spring common in MUs

You could put a set of rodeo springs in. A lot of people say they are too stiff. I use LWB jackaroo leafs they have worked well for me SWB jack will be the same as standard MU

I might look inot the jackeroo springs and ive got a mate with rodeo springs in and he says it is alot harsher ride then usuall..... if im going to the trouble of changing the leafs should i look inot changing anything else? extended shackles etc...?

After market springs tend to come in either standard hight or 50mm lift. Your current soprings will of sagged so even standard springs might give a 50mm lift from current. Unless you need more hight dont play with the shackles although new bushes are a very good idea. All the good books and salesmen say you should replace shocks at the same time. If they are working ok though this is just extra cost. After fitting the springs remove the lower mount of the shock on one side and jack up under the chassis till the wheel is off the ground. As long as the shock is longer than necessary to go back on the mount the shocks are ok.
