idle hunting

hi guys. 4jg2 efi turbo intercooled engine. just had efi pump rebuilt by reconditioners. a week or two later it started hunting for idle once engine has warmed up. any suggestions? i also fitted a new obd2 plug because it was faulty. now i have codes but i can’t read what it’s saying when cel flashing too fast. i’m struggling to find a scanner that will show faults on screen. it has egr deleted. bolt on upgrade turbo care turbo, rebuilt efi pump, new timing belt and accessories with it also. i’m stumped.
