Lesson learned this weekend tf rodeo top control arms don't fit a wizard or mu to short and the holes don't fit on fulcrum bar I should of looked for new jackaroo arms I should of known better thought wizard would be the same as rodeo.
Looks like I am going to have to change the bushes on the top arms of the wizard now bummer but on the bright side got rid of the soft system on the wizard now the same set up as the Mu now no vacuum and electrics.
Just lock the manual hubs and push the lever and 4x4 engaged also fitted proper diff breathers mounted on the firewall new CV boots as well just got to get most of the front end back together and bleed the brakes.
Bottom A-Arm bushes
Re: Bottom A-Arm bushes
Top bushes done on control arms took the ones out of the rodeo arms and the ball joints I also done the seal on the steering box while I had the diff housing out.
Going to start putting all the new steering components in tomorrow and bleed the brakes new brake fluid in the system as well.
Wish I was 20 years younger I wouldn't feel so sore all over but still not to bad for a young bloke that's nearly 60.
Next job exhaust 2/-1/2" dump pipe to go in tomorrow as well before I reinstall the torsion bars and front shaft to the diff.
