I am considering buying a 3.0 Jackaroo fitted with the 4jx1 engine, has anyone got a repair manual
for the engine?

buying a used vehicle with a 4jx1 is a bit like picking the winner of the horse race by putting the horses on the dart board putting a blindfold on having someone spin the board when you through the dart then putting your life savings on the result.
I know 2 people who had a good run from them. The others spent heaps on fixing them. Things like injectors computers sensors. None of these things are for the home mechanic.
I have a manual if you do buy it but warn that a good diesel mechanic must inspect this for you. Less than perfect walk away.
