That had happened to my MU. Entech here machined out a wide key way slot and machined the pulley to suit. Saved the crank.

Did that involve removing the crank?
It was only the gear Geeves, not the other bit.
At this stage I have a fresh keyway and gear and I'm going to weld it into the crank. Obviously replacing the main seal before I do so!
If we still have it after that seal goes then Ill replace the crank/motor

it is a common problem, i get new timimg gears made 10 thou smaller and heat them and fit them to the crank, good luck getting them off again

I take it when the oil seal goes then its tough shit?

can heat them i guess to get them back off, and i have a special puller to pull the gear off, the crank oil seals last for at least 200,000km

This goes from good news to good news. I had a weird exhaust noise which sounded like a leak.... Ends up its the manifold to turbo. I have seen so far one bolt is missing.
This is a weird vehicle. The egr has been removed in a professional manor, but other stuff has been bro'd up

Is it common for the manifold to turbo bolts to fall out?
Remembering this has done 350ks. Bolts do age I guess
