To be honest I am not one to mess around when it comes to maintaining a healthy environment, if I see something wrong I will fix it then and there, We wont be going back and forth with PM's etc... non of us really have the time for that. Let me give you some examples of what I mean:
* If you find that your post no longer exists, it most likely has been removed due to inappropriate content or been totally off topic and high jacking someones thread.
* If you find that you thread has been removed, in most cases it would have been relocated to the appropriate section, if not then it has been deleted for various reasons.
* If you find that your User account has been deleted, then its most likely that you have done something very wrong. This would only happen in very extreme cases where a person has caused real harm to the forum or members.
* When signing up you where asked to put in particular details such as your Location etc. Do not be specific enough to violate your privacy, but please do give a general area such as city and country to help us all. If accounts are found to be missing details the account will likely be deleted on the spot, so please make sure that yours is correct.
* Above all, play nice

Re: Workshop Manual
Hi--I am looking for a workshop manual for 1996 Bighorn Plaisir 3.1 diesel, MANY THANKS
Re: Workshop Manual
Hi, can anyone assist me please. I changed the alternator on my Bighorn 1996 Plaisir, as the brakes wasnt so great, the all wheel symbol (green ) on the dash board stays on, however the gears on 2H. Also feels that it is engaged. what can the problem be???
Re: Workshop Manual
The manual is easy. You can download it here

Alternator Not sure. Do you have a lever or button to select 4wd? Do you have the diff with the free wheel inside or free wheel hubs?
You will have dislodged a wire or vac line but the only way to find it is to look

Re: Workshop Manual
Hi, if you have a diagram how and where the pipes get connected.
Re: Workshop Manual
never seen a full diagram but its all quite simple. There is one hose that goes from the injector pump to the intercooler. This is boost. All the other pipes and vaccum and should trace back to the alternator. Some go via solinoids. For the 4wd there are 2 solinoids by the diff. These have vac lines going to a diaphram on the diff and one common line that gos to a canister under the front seat then back to the alternator
