I have a 95 auto, 3.1, with working aircon. From what I can see the 2 vac lines from the egr valves head to some electrics by the booster. I want to keep anything to do with the aircon working - ie fast idle. In this case what do I do with my vac lines? follow the above pics? or is there some thing else I need to do?

I will get pics up of the solenoids etc, but can I remove all of these? what do you do with the lines that run to other places, just block them up?

Cheers, hope that all makes sense

From what I understand those two solenoids can be removed, I have just blocked the line coming to the solenoids as I haven't had time to trace it back yet. Which reminds me I need to fix the fast idle, it works it just doesn't touch the throttle so jumps in and out without affecting anythings

So, Ive just changed the cam belt in the Mu, and removed the EGR valves and now have some issues.

Ive set up the vac lines as above (hoping this is the same for the 3.1) and now wont idle and is running rough as guts. Im trying to figure out if this is something to do with the vac lines and egr, or Ive go issues with cambelt and timing etc.

Any suggestions/comment would be helpful.

Hi All

So to keep air-con running as usual, what exactly are the extra steps I need to do (if any)?
