Muffler for 4jg2t

I'm putting the 4jg2t motor back together. I will machine a flange and run a 2.5" down pipe and back to a muffler. It is going under an International Scout II so I have about 25"×10"×8" that could fit a muffler.

I know diesel mufflers are different from gas mufflers. I would prefer a quieter muffler.

Where should I look?

All mufflers have a sound deadening material inside which might be glass wool or stainless steel mesh. Only use the glass wool type as diesel fumes corrode stainless steel. Turbo diesels are never loud so any sports type muffler will be fine but the Coby type might be noisy

I used a near new second hand muffler from a 6 cyl Ford Falcon, It will be replaced when I get enough bends etc to build a 2.5" exhaust, it seems to not be a bad muffler, pretty quiet.
