hi, inspecting my rear side glass the other day after a heavy rain down poor, had water leaking from the glass, found out that there's a rusted out hole just underneath the glass fitments, has anyone done any body repair under the glass ? thanks

I have successfully fixed a similar hole in a bighorn by cleaning thoroughly and filling with fibreglass filler but the only proper way to fix is remove the window and weld up the hole

took the internal plastic liner off but the hole is not visible, it is just under the body frame roof reinforcement, do I need to cut it up from the inside ? bought some kind of window cutting wire thing but its not working.

You might get away with pulling the rubber up and cleaning the area then filling with fibre glass filler but if that doesnt work its window out etc. Not sure what a window wire is or what you would use it for.
