finally got around to putting my lifting springs in
going to put a set of 33s on the other wheels and lift the body next

it sounds as tho one of the drive shaft universals doesn't like its new angle. it has a bit of a hum in the drive line when there is no load on on it at 100kph
i pumped some grease into them this morning so well see how that goes

the tyres that came on the alloys i got were starting to get a bit worn and one kept going flat
so i brought a set of 33X12.5's and fitted them in the weekend

Nice truck.
Looks good with the 33's fitted. Any rubbing at the front when on full lock? Are the tyres Mudstars?
I used the garden edging from bunnings and it works well. Used Stainless 6mm bolts and rivets.
Next time I head to woodhill I will let you know :)

Thanks,
I just picked up a full set of factory flares so ill stick them on this week at some stage
they dont seem to rub on the front at the moment with the suspension lift
the old 32's used to before i lifted
i also have a set of bodylift blocks to go in at some stage
only problem now is the rear shocks run out of travel so i need a new pair of shocks for the rear (almost feels like the back wheels jump off the ground going over speed bumps)

im keen to get back out to woodhill some time soon give us a yell when you head out next im sure i can rustle up another truck or two

speaking of which,, what would be best club to join?
i live on the shore and hear alot about norwest OHV and Auckland 4WD club. is there anyone here who is a member of shore four wheelers?
to be honest im leaning toward Norwest

cheers

Hey man are the flares from a SWB or have you fitted LWB flares?
Looking at getting some flares for my SWB at the moment as the new rims and 32's sit slightly out from the body and need to cover them up.

Cheers.
