i may be wrong but a normal limited slip diff. "stock" only turns one side at a time , ie lift left & it turns & vise versa.....does it perform well off road you may be over thinking it as i often do..

should the auto locking assy. be greased or dry ? the pick in my book looks like there clean mine are full of grease. it does say the cam & the locking plate should be clean.

thanks,so i would be dis assembling the new inner cv on the new shaft assy. not using the piece that goes in the diff, & rebuilding from the diff out..leaving that one piece in the diff...that sound rite?

cv axle

the R outer cv joint has failed on my 90 trooper w/v6.I got a reman axle assy. i have heard there are two different styles and one is a pain w/clips in the differential the other just pulls out w/a expanding snap ring . any one got any specific tips,how to tell the difference or advice on this.i ...
