hose plugged back in light for 4wd still stayed on. I unplugged the Shift Switch conector ( the plug at front of diff) light went off and seems to be in 2wd now.

Still dont know what problem is but will it damage it when I drive it to the mechanic

i just looked underneath and saw on passenger side of front diff there was a hose that appears to be from on top of hub end of front diff.<br/>I think but my "expert" (yeah right) detective work I think its the breather for "on the fly" selection.<br/>But I didnt think that I had that on this model ...

bighorn stuck in 4wd

Hi guys,<br/>I got a 96 bighorn 3.1 auto and it stuck in 4wd.<br/>light on dash showing I have checked the 4wd selector and it is in right. I even tried using a screw driver to push cup forward just in case selector arm is bent but to no avail.<br/><br/>Any ideas? Is there a vacum or fuse that might ...

I would be curious to know what they say was wrong with your injector lines. From sounds of it I might have a simular problem and would be nice to know what to check.

i just did a motor transplant from a 98 bighorn into my old faithful 92 bighorn and had to swap injector pumps as they were different. had different wiring so i can say that I know there are at least two different types
